The Town of Perth is pleased to share an update on several important initiatives currently underway in the community, including ongoing work related to the Algonquin College site and the proposed CAIVAN development.
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Perth wishes to invite residents to a Public Information Centre as it relates to the outcome of the CAIVAN (Perth GC) Limited Mediation (Case Number OLT-23000534) and proposed Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, Draft Conditions and Draft Plan of Subdivision.

The Town of Perth is inviting residents to attend an upcoming Open House to learn more about the proposed Environmental Services Shop Reconstruction Project.
Please be advised that in accordance with the Town of Perth Public Notice By-law No. 5122, notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting will take place on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of a Closed Session meeting to discuss a legal matter concerning lands municipally known as 1820 Rogers Road.

INTRODUCTION
The Town of Perth has initiated a Study for a Transportation Master Plan (TMP) to prioritize the implementation of transportation related infrastructure projects within the next 20 years.
WHEREAS, raising and increasing the AWARENESS of the basic Human Value of truth, right conduct, peace, love and non-violence, as well as all the multiple sub values like honesty, integrity, kindness and caring in the Town of Perth is a primary goal of this wonderful town; and
Take Notice that pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act, the Town of Perth advises that an application for a Zoning By-law Amendment (details below) has been received and was deemed complete. A key map below identifies the location of the property and the area subject to this application.
Notice is hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Perth intends to adopt an amended Planning Fees and Charges By-law.
Purpose of the By-law Amendment: The By-law will be amended to increase the Cash-in-lieu of Parking fee from $5,000 to $10,000 per parking space.
