PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Perth Committee of Adjustment will hold a public hearing in accordance with Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, on June 9, 2026, at 5 p.m., in the Town Hall, 80 Gore Street East, Perth, ON.
THE SUBJECT LANDS are legally described as North Elmsley, Concession 10, Part Lot 27, RP 27R-10610, Part 1. The subject lands are municipally known as 19 Warren Cres., in the Town of Perth. The lands are currently developed with an industrial building. The lands are zoned General Industrial Zone (M2) which permits the development of the building as an automotive garage.
