INTRODUCTION
The Town of Perth has initiated a Study for a Transportation Master Plan (TMP) to prioritize the implementation of transportation related infrastructure projects within the next 20 years.
Take Notice that pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act, the Town of Perth advises that an application for a Zoning By-law Amendment (details below) has been received and was deemed complete. A key map below identifies the location of the property and the area subject to this application.
Notice is hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Perth intends to adopt an amended Planning Fees and Charges By-law.
Purpose of the By-law Amendment: The By-law will be amended to increase the Cash-in-lieu of Parking fee from $5,000 to $10,000 per parking space.
The Town of Perth is aware of the ongoing police investigation in the Last Duel Park area and is working closely with emergency services to support their response.
