In accordance with the Town of Perth Municipal Land Sale By-law No. 4549 as amended, notice is hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Perth will consider a by-law to authorize the sale of surplus municipal land known as 18 Wilson Street East at the regular Council meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 5:30 p.m.

In accordance with the Town of Perth Municipal Land Sale By-law No. 4549 as amended, notice is hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Perth will receive a staff report regarding the intention to sell land municipally known as 18 Wilson Street East.

WHEREAS, Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Lanark County is an important community organization committed to helping children and youth reach their full potential by matching them with caring, volunteer mentors;

A settlement has been reached in the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) case between the Town of Perth, Lanark County, and CAIVAN (Perth GC) Limited (Case Number OLT-23000534). The details of the settlement were presented to the OLT at a virtual hearing held on Aug. 6, 2026.
