The Corporation of the Town of Perth is seeking Pre-Qualification submissions from General Contractors for a new Environmental Services Garage. This project involves the construction of a single building at 15 Sunset Blvd., Perth, Ontario which will be a 1,437.67 m2 (15,475 sq. ft.) one-storey building. The project also includes the staging and partial demolition and removal of the existing prefabricated steel framed Environmental Services Garage. 

Companies interested in providing General Contractor services for the construction of this project must supply a Pre-­Qualification submission in response to this Request for Qualification (RFQ). Only companies who submit a pre-qualification submission and who, through the evaluation process, have been deemed pre-qualified will be permitted to participate in the Tendering Phase of this project. 

Submissions will be received electronically at reception@perth.ca until 2 p.m. (local time) on Friday, March 6, 2026. Submissions received after the closing time will not be considered. 

All questions/inquiries should be submitted to reception@perth.ca by February 18, 2026. In the event of addenda being issued, it will be made available here and via Biddingo by February 20, 2026.

The Corporation of the Town of Perth is requesting Tenders for the capital works program "Robinson Street, Stewart Street, and Thomas Avenue Reconstruction" at the office of the Director of Environmental Services up to 1 p.m. (local time), March 12, 2026. Bids received after the closing time will not be considered. Tenders will be opened in public at the Environmental Services office immediately following closing.

Enquiries will be received until 5 p.m. five (5) business days preceding the tender closing. All responses to enquiries will be made by the distributor of the RFT by 5 p.m. three (3) business days preceding the tender closing.

The Corporation of the Town of Perth is seeking proposals from qualified Suppliers for supply and delivery of one (1) fire department rescue apparatus.

Submissions will be received in hard copy to 80 Gore Street East, Perth, ON K7H 1H7 or electronically at fireadmin@perth.ca until 11 a.m. (local time) on Monday, March 16, 2026. Submissions received after the closing time will not be considered.
