Request for Proposals - CS-2026-02 - Darou Farm Dog Park Shade Structure

The Corporation of the Town of Perth is seeking submissions from experienced contractors to construct a shade structure at Darou Farm within the Dog Park located at 2845 Rideau Ferry Road, Perth, Ontario, K7H 0G5, as per the attached drawings (Annex A).

Email responses for this Request for Proposal will be accepted. Emails are to be sent to reception@perth.ca with the subject line “RFP Submission-CS-2026-02-Darou Farm Dog Park Shade Structure-Contractor Name”. Appendix G is not required for an emailed submission. Appendix H must be sent be separated as a separate PDF or digital document.

Manual submissions must be provided in a sealed envelopes, with three (3) copies of the Submission Package included, clearly marked with the return address label (attached), and will be received at the front counter at the Perth Town Hall, 80 Gore Street East, Perth, ON, K7H 1H9.

All submissions must be received no later than 11:00 AM Local Time – Thursday, July 30, 2026.
