We strive to keep improving our municipal services, and your feedback helps us do that. Whether it’s a complaint, compliment, or suggestion, we value your input. Our online "report a concern" form is checked during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.), and staff will respond as soon as possible. For urgent issues with water, sewer, or roads, please call our After-Hours Emergency Line at 613-267-1072.
