THE SUBJECT LANDS are legally described as North Elmsley, Concession 10, Part Lot 27, RP 27R-10610, Part 1. The subject lands are municipally known as 19 Warren Cres., in the Town of Perth.  The lands are currently developed with an industrial building. The lands are zoned General Industrial Zone (M2) which permits the development of the building as an automotive garage.

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Perth wishes to invite residents to a Public Information Centre as it relates to the outcome of the CAIVAN (Perth GC) Limited Mediation (Case Number OLT-23000534) and proposed Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, Draft Conditions and Draft Plan of Subdivision.

TAKE NOTICE that an Open House will be held on May 13th, 2026, and a Public Meeting will be held on May 20th, 2026, in order to consider the following:

• New Comprehensive Zoning By-law (Discussion Draft), a Town-initiated replacement of the existing of Zoning By-law 3358 and Zoning Schedule, as an amendment, to be consistent with the recently updated Town of Perth Official Plan, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.
