The Town of Perth is inviting residents to attend an upcoming Open House to learn more about the proposed Environmental Services Shop Reconstruction Project.

A Notice of Complete Application and Public Meeting was issued on August 25, 2025 advising that a Public Meeting would be held on September 16, 2025, regarding Zoning By-law Amendment Application No. ZBL-04-2025.

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Perth wishes to invite residents to an education session about development on Thursday, June 12, 2025.

The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has retained the services of Egis and LEA Consulting Ltd. Joint Venture (Egis-LEA Joint Venture) to carry out the Detail Design and Environmental Assessment for the reconstruction of Highway 7 in the Town of Perth from approximately 1.3 km west of County Road 511 easterly to Wayside Drive West, approximately 4.5 km, County of Lanark.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC CONSULTATION: The County of Lanark is undertaking two major studies that will impact long term land use planning within the County. The related reports are currently available in a draft form for review and comment.

TAKE NOTICE that an Open House will be held on Jan. 29, 2025, and a Public Meeting will be held on Feb. 4, 2025, in order to consider the following:

Official Plan Amendment (OPA 18), a Town initiated amendment to update the Town of Perth Official Plan under Sections 17 and 26 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended to be consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement (2024).

A collaboration of Lanark County community partners is inviting parents, guardians, and caregivers to a special community meeting aimed at providing support and resources in the wake of recent events. This meeting will take place on Monday, December 2, at 7 p.m. at the Perth Legion, 26 Beckwith St. E, Perth, with an option to attend virtually via Zoom.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Perth Committee of Adjustment will hold a public hearing in accordance with Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, on Tuesday, the 24th day of September, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., in the Town Hall, 80 Gore Street East, Perth, Ontario and virtually via Zoom.
