Notice of Public Information Centre for CAIVAN Subdivision Ontario Land Tribunal Mediation Settlement

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Perth wishes to invite residents to a Public Information Centre as it relates to the outcome of the CAIVAN (Perth GC) Limited Mediation (Case Number OLT-23000534) and proposed Official Plan Amendment,  Zoning By-law Amendment, Draft Conditions and Draft Plan of Subdivision.  

When: June 11, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.

Where: Perth Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion in the Hall at 26 Beckwith St E., Perth.

Purpose: The Town will provide information and education to the public with respect to the CAIVAN Subdivision Development at a Public Information Centre. The following topics will be covered:

  Conditions and Draft Plan of Subdivision 
• Items relating to the development 
• Next Steps 
• Questions
