Notice is hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Perth will consider a by-law to amend and update the fees for the Development Services Department (Building Fees) at the Regular Committee of the Whole Meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2025.

TAKE NOTICE that an Open House will be held on Jan. 29, 2025, and a Public Meeting will be held on Feb. 4, 2025, in order to consider the following:

Official Plan Amendment (OPA 18), a Town initiated amendment to update the Town of Perth Official Plan under Sections 17 and 26 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended to be consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement (2024).

will consider a by-law to adopt the 2025 Budget at the Regular Council meeting on
Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. T

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Perth will consider a by-law to amend and update the fees for the Development Services Department (Planning Fees) at the Regular Committee of the Whole Meeting on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

A Case Management Conference (CMC) regarding the appeal submitted by CAIVAN (Perth GC) Limited (Case Number OLT-23-000534) was held on Friday, Sept. 13. Representatives for the Town of Perth, Lanark County, and CAIVAN attended the virtual session.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Perth Committee of Adjustment will hold a public hearing in accordance with Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, on Tuesday, the 24th day of September, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., in the Town Hall, 80 Gore Street East, Perth, Ontario and virtually via Zoom.

TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 as amended, the council of the Town of Perth passed By-law No. 3358-133 on the 27^th day of August, 2024 to amend Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 3358, as it pertains to land described as Lot 16 and Part of Lots 15 and 17 south side of Brock Street and Part of Lots 15, 16 and 17, north side of Cockburn Street and Part of Irwin Street Plan 8828 Lanark; Town of Perth.
