TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Perth, having held a Special Public Meeting on June 23, 2023 under Section 26(3) of the Planning Act, an Open House on January 29, 2025, and a Public Meeting on February 4, 2025 under Sections 17 (15)(16) of the Planning Act, has passed By-law No. 3304-18 to adopt Official Plan Amendment #18 to the Town of Perth Official Plan on the 24th day of June 2025.

Joint Venture (Egis-LEA Joint Venture) to carry out the Detail Design and Environmental Assessment for the reconstruction of Highway 7 in the Town of Perth from approximately 1.3 km west of County Road 511 easterly to Wayside Drive West, approximately 4.5 km, County of Lanark.
