WHEREAS the mission of Lifesaving Society Canada is to prevent drowning throughout this great country, and even one drowning in Ontario is one too many; and

The Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) has granted the request to adjourn the merit hearing originally scheduled to begin on Aug. 19, 2024. The adjournment was agreed to by all parties to allow the developer time to obtain the information necessary to evaluate the proposal.

The second Case Management Conference (CMC) about the appeal submitted by Perthmore Enterprises Inc. (Case Number OLT-24000210) was held on Wednesday, June 19.
