Conditional Permit Issued for 79 Wilson Street West

The Town of Perth has issued a conditional building permit for 79 Wilson Street West. This permit applies only to site preparation and excavation work and does not authorize any footing, foundation, site servicing, or above-ground construction at this time.

The proposed development, supported in part by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), is intended to bring attainable housing to Perth—a priority for the Town of Perth identified by Council in their Strategic Plan, and a critical need for our growing community.
