The Town of Perth is responding to a watermain break at the intersection of Sherbrooke St. E. and Robinson St. Staff are onsite repairing the issue, and work is expected to continue into the end of the day.

Lanark County Community Partners to Host Community Meeting Featuring Renowned Expert in Trauma Response
A collaboration of Lanark County community partners is inviting parents, guardians, and caregivers to a special community meeting aimed at providing support and resources in the wake of recent events. This meeting will take place on Monday, December 2, at 7 p.m. at the Perth Legion, 26 Beckwith St. E, Perth, with an option to attend virtually via Zoom.

The Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) has granted the request to adjourn the merit hearing originally scheduled to begin on Aug. 19, 2024. The adjournment was agreed to by all parties to allow the developer time to obtain the information necessary to evaluate the proposal.
