Sarah Bradfield is a local Ottawa acrylic artist offering a wide range of art-inspired products perfect for gifting or bringing home. At her night market booth, you'll find original paintings, framed and unframed prints, art cards, journals, magnets, stickers and tote bags—plus puzzles from two unique puzzle companies, including high-quality wooden jigsaw puzzles.

Sarah is also the creator of Ottawa ABC, a children's book featuring local landmarks, and a brand-new Ottawa-themed colouring book. This year, we introduced our new 'refillable' vessels, no more having to buy additional jars! We included offering a new luxury line featuring a premium coconut-apricot wax blend and luxury vessels.

A playful addition to our offerings is the whimsical Wax Melt Parlour—imagine an ice cream parlour, but for wax melts. Here, you can scoop your own melts and blend custom fragrances, creating a fun, hands-on experience perfect for gifting or personal use.

To complement our candles and melts, we now offer stylish wax warmers designed to match your home decor. These warmers provide the same cozy, fragrant experience as candles but without the hazard of an open flame—perfect for households with kids, pets, or safety concerns. We've also added luxury safety matches and wick trimmers to help extend the life and quality of your candles.

Outside of our candle sales, we offer candle-making workshops with a scent bar experience. These are held at various local businesses or private events such as bridal showers, birthday celebrations, etc.

Our products are carefully crafted in small batches from the peppers we grow. Each with a distinct flavour profile that was created to enhance everyday meals. No chemical preservatives or artificial ingredients are used. Most products are vegan-friendly and gluten-free, and all products are nut-free.

Our goal is to continue educating people in new ways to enjoy hot sauces and spicy offerings, along with developing new and exotic flavours. We also want to continue expanding how people use hot sauce, where they can use it and how to pair it with the food they love. We have even created 12 cocktail recipes using our products.

A craft that I have been developing for almost two decades.  As a trained geologist, I have a creative affinity for naturally occurring textures and landscapes and the ability to detect order in things that, at first glance, appear chaotic. I am a self taught artist and while my formal education and occupational training have certainly leant well to learning applicable skills for my artisanal craft I have always found it far more satisfying and engaging to learn new skills of my own volition and inspiration through research, dialogue with fellow artisans, and also conversations with existing or potential clients.  This learning strategy has allowed me to undertake research and experimentation for years, proving very worthwhile in the development of my craftsmanship and also learning from mistakes. All my pieces move through a process of ideation, research, design, production and refinement and are one-of-a-kind, made one-at-a-time.

My chainmaille and forged pieces are very texture-oriented.  My forged items are designed to both enhance and interact with lived indoor and outdoor environments. For chainmaille, I create inspired patterns for earrings, necklaces, belts, etc., from metal rings that stand out from generic factory-produced designs.  The way my assembled rings settle when worn lends these items an almost fidget-friendly quality while remaining eye-catching and comfortable to wear.

My silver items showcase the wide variety of colours, textures, and patinas that sterling silver offers as a material, which stand out in their deliberately unconventional and asymmetrical style.  Critically, my pieces do more than sparkle; they catch the eye because of their textures, vibrance, and uniqueness while remaining comfortable and lightweight.
