Perth Tourism invites you to experience the magic of the Perth Night Market—an evening to explore, taste, and enjoy all that Perth has to offer.

Wander through heritage streets lined with shops, local artisans, and live entertainment. Dine and sip under the stars at one of our many restaurants or pubs, and take in the vibrant atmosphere of this much-loved event.

Perth will be bustling during the Night Market, and using the free shuttle is strongly recommended. The shuttle will run in a continuous loop from 2-11 p.m., during the full duration of road closures.

Where to Park & Shuttle Pickup Locations:

  • Algonquin College
  • Last Duel Park
  • Giant Tiger

The shuttle will drop you off at the intersection of Drummond and Herriott Streets, just outside the event area.

Additional Parking Options:

  • Two lots off Herriott Street, accessible from Drummond Street
  • The Tay Basin/Crystal Palace lot, also accessible from Drummond Street

Parking lots are expected to fill quickly—please arrive early. Side street parking is also available, but watch for signage.

Live in Town? If you're local, consider walking or cycling to the event to avoid traffic and parking delays.

Note: Road closures are in effect starting Saturday at 2:00 p.m.. Be sure to move your vehicle out of the event area before then. The Wilson Street lot will also be closed during this time.

Public washrooms will be open until 10 p.m. at the following locations:

  • Crystal Palace
  • Town Hall
  • Terrace on the Tay
  • Perth Museum & Visitor Information Centre

Port-a-potties will also be available near the corner of Gore and Foster Streets.

Looking for a change table, gender-neutral washroom, or additional accessibility information? Visit Perth.ca/Washrooms.

Looking to stay overnight? Best Western Plus Perth Parkside Inn & Spa, Nevis Estate Boutique Hotel, and several independent vacation rentals are all within walking distance of the event.

Additional motels are available along Highway 7, about a 30-minute walk from the downtown core.

The main event area will be closed to traffic from 2-11 p.m. on event day. Street parking will begin closing at noon, and all vehicles must be moved by 2 p.m. to avoidbeing towing.

The following roads will be closed:

  • Wilson Street (from North to Herriott)
  • Foster Street (from Wilson to Drummond)
  • Gore Street (from North to Harvey)
  • Herriott Street (from Wilson to Gore)
  • Market Square
  • Mill Street

Please plan ahead and give yourself extra time to arrive.

Look for the red tent in front of the Perth Museum & Visitor Information Centre. Our team will be there with event info, maps, brochures, and friendly faces to help you find your way. We’ve even got a first aid kit on hand, and there’s a defibrillator inside the Museum if needed.

While the Museum will be closed, the Visitor Information Centre and public washroom inside will remain open during the event.
