Special Council Meeting - Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of a Closed Session meeting

Please be advised that in accordance with the Town of Perth Public Notice By-law No. 5122, notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting will take place on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of a Closed Session meeting to discuss a legal matter concerning lands municipally known as 1820 Rogers Road.

The closed session meeting will be held under the Municipal Act, 2001, Section 239(2)(e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board and Section 239(2)(f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.

The meeting will be held in Council Chambers, Town Hall, 80 Gore Street East, Perth, and livestreamed via the Town’s YouTube channel for the public.
