Notice of Public Information Centre for Town of Perth Development Education Session - June 12, 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Perth wishes to invite residents to an education session about development on Thursday, June 12, 2025.

Purpose: The Town is seeking to provide education to the public with respect to development at a Public Information Centre. The following topics will be covered:

• Lanark County Growth Study
• Provincial Policy
• Current Developments in Perth
• Available Lands
• Planning Review Process
• Status of Approved Development Applications
• Questions

Following the public information centre, the presentation will be posted on the Town’s website.

Public Information Centre Details:

Where: The education session will be held in Council Chambers at Town Hall, 80 Gore Street East, Perth. The location is accessible by elevator. The session will also be accessible virtually through Zoom using the following link:
