The Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) has granted the request to adjourn the merit hearing originally scheduled to begin on Aug. 19, 2024. The adjournment was agreed to by all parties to allow the developer time to obtain the information necessary to evaluate the proposal.
The forthcoming Case Management Conference (CMC) about the appeal submitted by Perthmore Enterprises Inc. (Case Number OLT-24000210) will be held on Wednesday, June 19 at 10 a.m. During the CMC, the Draft Procedural Order and Issues List will be considered.
