    TAKE NOTICE THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, this notice is to advise that sufficient information has been presented to deem the application being processed under Files OPA-01-2025 and ZBL-03-2025 as complete.

    Please be advised that the Town of Perth has received the following Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications (details below). The map below identifies the location of the property and the area subject to this application.

  • Notice of Adoption - Official Plan Amendment #18

    TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Perth, having held a Special Public Meeting on June 23, 2023 under Section 26(3) of the Planning Act, an Open House on January 29, 2025, and a Public Meeting on February 4, 2025 under Sections 17 (15)(16) of the Planning Act, has passed By-law No. 3304-18 to adopt Official Plan Amendment #18 to the Town of Perth Official Plan on the 24th day of June 2025.

  • Mediation Continues as Parties Work to Address Proposed Subdivision Issues

    The parties involved in the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) case regarding the proposed subdivision by CAIVAN (Perth GC) Limited (Case Number OLT-23000534) have agreed to extend Tribunal-led mediation through April. As a result, a new hearing date has not been scheduled.

  • Merit Hearing Adjourned, Mediation to Address Proposed Subdivision Issues

    The Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) has granted a request to adjourn the merit hearing pertaining to the appeal submitted by CAIVAN (Perth GC) Limited (Case Number OLT-23000534). Initially scheduled to take place from Monday, Feb. 10 to Friday, Feb. 25, 2025, the hearing will be replaced by a Tribunal-led mediation, as requested by CAIVAN and agreed to by all parties.
