Perth Ghost Walk: Starting from Perth Museum (October 24, 25, 26 and 30) |
You won’t want to miss the famous Perth Ghost Walk starting from Perth Museum (11 Gore ST E) on October 24, 25, and 26 at 7 p.m. Perth Ghost Walk is led by historian Susan Code McDougall who will take you through some of the eerie tales in Perth's past and outline the buildings where ghost sightings have been reported. The tour is targeted toward adults but is suitable for children ages 8 and up. Tickets are available now! Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice Market: at the Crystal Palace and Perth Lions Hall (October 26) |
Visit the Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice Market on Oct. 26 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Two locations filled with tons of vendors and lots of activities! More details can be found here. Bring the kids for some Halloween fun, including the Halloween Parade ending with hot chocolate and a Halloween balloon, face painting, craft table and meet & greet with Bluey ($5 admission for kids). |
Trick or Treat in Downtown Perth: Downtown Perth (October 26) |
Trick or Treat Day in Perth Ontario! Spend a fun fall afternoon from 1-4 p.m. visiting our downtown shops and restaurants for some Trick or Treat fun! Wear your most creative Halloween costumes and enter the contest at Perkins Square!

The Rocky Horror Picture Show: at Studio Theatre (October 26) |
Back for its third year, Studio Theatre is thrilled to once again present the iconic Rocky Horror Picture show on our big screen! Bring your friends and be entertained , sing along and dance our aisles with our very own Rockstar MC – “British Columbia” (Columbia’s northern cousin)! Rock and roll in the aisles to the tunes that are sure to make you “shiver”! “Science Fiction Double Feature”, “Touch a Touch A Touch Me” ,“The Time Warp and “Sweet Transvestite” just to name a few of the great songs! For this year’s event our dynamic and multi-talented MC British Columbia will be taking the stage at 7:30 p.m. to kick off the show with some great door prizes and awards for best costumes! Truck or Treat!: Hosted by Perth Community Church at St. Andrew's Church (October 31) |
Join us at the St. Andrew’s Church Parking Lot on Monday, October 31 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. During Trunk or Treat events adults decorate the back of their cars for Halloween, load up on candy, and come sit in a parking lot for kids to “trick or treat” from car-to-car. It’s more fun than it sounds! Sometimes kids come in the hundreds, fully dressed in Halloween costumes and holding out bags or plastic pumpkins for treats. The adults get to socialize and be creative while seeing all the cute and scary costumes. Refreshments for adults as well. |
Pumpkin Parade: at the Bandshell (November 1) |
Perth Pumpkin Parade kicks off on November 1 from 7-8:30 p.m., and your pumpkins are needed! How does it work? After Halloween, bring your carved pumpkin or jack-o-lantern to the Bandshell behind Town Hall, where staff will add a battery-operated tealight and place it in the path. Pumpkins can be dropped off and registered at 6 p.m., so if you drop it off before then, please make sure to put your name and age group (child, teen, or adult) on the back. From 7-8:30 p.m., come by, walk through the pumpkins, and vote for your favourites in each category. Winners will be announced on Perth Tourism’s Facebook page November 2. The event is rain or shine, and there is no charge to participate. After the event, the Town will pick up the pumpkins and take them to the compost pile. No need to carry your pumpkins home! |

Due to adding a few more little pumpkins in our family patch this year, we sadly don’t have the capacity to continue running our pumpkin patch every weekend this fall.
BUT we’ll be opening the patch for ONE fall-tastic day of pumpkins, squash, lawn games, and wagon rides($)! (Sadly no home baking or corn maze this year!)

Haunted Woods: at Maple Key Day Camp (October 25 & 26) |
So fun it’s scary! Don’t miss a walk through the Haunted Woods with your family or friends this season. Your family’s Halloween won’t be complete without a trip to MKDC’s Haunted Woods. Whether you come during the day for spooky fun or at night for a bigger scare, our lit up scenes and live characters will give you “pumpkin” to talk about. Take a spooky stroll through our camp facility, which has been transformed into a series of story vignettes, complete with live actors. Then, brave a trip through the haunted workshop – if you dare! Your bravery will be rewarded with a bag of treats when you escape. *NOTE*: You do NOT need to be a current camp family to attend! All are welcome.
