New Recreation & Facility Booking Platform

On Monday, March 9, we're moving to a new recreation and facility booking platform called Amilia SmartRec.

This new platform makes it easier to:

  • Register for Town recreation programs
  • Book facilities
  • Manage your recreation account

Best of all, you'll be able to use it online or through the mobile app. Download it for iPhone or Android.

What's Changing? What's Staying the Same?

We’re moving to a new online booking system and introducing a mobile app. You will need to create a new account, even if you had one before. Our staff will transfer active memberships, account credits, and approved rentals for you.

If you need support setting up your account, visit our Help Centre at the Perth & District Indoor Pool from March 9-April 26, open Fridays and Sundays from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.

Our recreation programs, facilities, and services continue as usual. There will be no service downtime during the transition.

Aquatics and Summer Camp Registration

If you use our aquatics programs or plan to register for summer camps, we recommend setting up your account early. This will help you avoid delays when registration opens.

To support you during this transition, we’re offering an in-person Help Centre at the Perth & District Indoor Pool from March 6-April 26.

On Fridays and Sundays from 10 a.m.-12 p.m., staff can:

  • Help you create an account
  • Walk you through the new system
  • Answer your questions

If you use our aquatics programs, we recommend setting up your account early so that you're ready to go when future program registration opens.

If you have an active membership or credit, our staff will transfer it to your new account.
