Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we encourage all property owners to register for e-billing to ensure you receive your property tax and utility bills on time.
E-billing allows you to avoid mail delays by receiving your bills directly via email. This ensures you stay on top of payment deadlines and avoid late fees. Register for e-billing now for utilities and/or property taxes.
Businesses and PO Box holders can pick up their utility bills at Town Hall.

Water Billing

The Town of Perth handles billing for local water and sewer services, with invoices sent out every two months, usually around the 15th. We offer convenient options for managing your bill, including e-billing, pre-authorized payments, and support if you're moving to a new address. Our goal is to make it easy for you to stay on top of your water and sewer account.

We offer a number of ways to pay your bill. They are:

  • at Town Hall between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. using cash, cheques, or debit
  • through your bank's online banking
  • through your bank's ATM
  • at the bank teller
  • through the mail
  • through the drop box at Town Hall
  • through the Pre-Authorization Plan
