Utility Bills
Utility bills are processed every other month and are due as follows:

- Sign up to receive your bill by email
- Sign up for preauthorized payments
- Instructions to pay your bill through internet or telephone banking
- ***Land owners are responsible for payment for all water delivered to their property. Utility bills are not issued in a tenant's name.
- Change your mailing address
Temporary Change to Pre-authorized Statements
Pre-authorized payments for utility bills and tax bills will be automatically withdrawn from your account. The electronic statement will temporarily not have the words "Do Not Pay".

Please be cautioned that many subdivisions are designed with side yard and rear yard drainage which typically will look like a shallow ditch or a gentle slope. The Town, in some cases, has formal easements and the authority to maintain or re-establish grades that are changed without approval and to bill owners for repair costs. Property owners are encouraged to consult with the Town before undertaking grade changes (adding fill or lowering a grade) as there can be legal consequences to changing grades that result in more drainage (storm-water) flowing to another property or drainage flow being blocked.
