Located at 3 Sunset Boulevard, the Perth & District Indoor Pool offers a variety of programs, including swimming lessons, Aquafit and therapeutic classes, public/family/lane swim times and a Masters Swim Club. The pool is the home of the Perth Stingrays Aquatic Club and Olympic athletes Mike Brown (2008) and Bailey Andison (2020).

Registration is not required for Aquafit, Family Swim, Public Swim, or Lane Swim. Please review the swimming requirements for child and youth - these ensure safety supervision during Public and Family Swims.

Swimming Requirements for Children & Youth (Public and Family Swims) |
Safety Admission Standards are in effect to ensure the safety of everyone in the pool. Please review these in advance of coming to the Pool. If you are unsure of how the requirements apply to you and your family, please contact Pool staff.
Safety Admission Standards
Beginning July 3, 2023, the Perth & District Indoor Pool will be piloting a new wristband policy. Please check-in at the Front Desk to receive the appropriate wristband.
- Age 7 and under - will receive a red wristband
- Age 8-9 - will receive a blue wristband and will be required to take a swim test.
- If the child does not pass the swim test, they must keep the wristband on
- If the child does pass the swim test they can remove the wristband
- Age 10+ - no wristband

Pool Water Features |
The Perth & District Indoor Pool currently has three water features that are opened under supervision during Public and Family Swims - the slide, diving board, and Tarzan rope.
To ensure the safety of our young patrons and reduce potential for injury, pool water features are only to be used by those ages 6 and above.

No photos or videos are allowed to be taken on the pool deck or in changerooms*
*Parents/guardians are welcome to take a photo of their child at the pool on the first and last day of lessons, but permission must be first granted by pool staff.

Multi-Purpose Room & Private Pool Rentals |
Submit a booking request for the Multi-Purpose Room or Private Pool Rental
Multi-Purpose Room Rental - maximum occupancy: 50 Our Multi-Purpose Room is available to rent on an hourly basis for birthday parties, special events, and more during the following times;
- Monday to Thursday - 3-9 p.m.
- Saturday - 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Sunday - 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Rates for the Multi-Purpose Room Rental: Contributing ($28.80/hr.), Non-Contributing ($36.20/hr.).
Please refer to our Admission Rates & Swimming Requirements for Children & Youth for information on ratios of adults to children if you're planning to use the pool as well.
Private Pool Rentals - maximum occupancy: 30 The pool is available for private rentals during the following times;
- Saturday - 4-5 p.m
- Sunday - 2-3 p.m.
Rates for a Private Pool Rental: Contributing ($141.80/hr), Non-Contributing ($177.60/hr).

50+ Land Fitness |
Offered in the Multi-Purpose Room. This class is designed for individuals 50 years and older looking to improve their cardiovascular health, muscle strength and endurance, balance and flexibility.

Aquafit |
Offered in the shallow end. The general aquafitness class is designed as a medium intensity, total-body workout. Balance of cardio, muscular strength and endurance. A great introduction program offering easy choreography and options to modify the intensity. |
Aqua DEEP |
Offered in the deep end. The general aquafitness class is designed as a medium intensity, total-body workout. Balance of cardio, muscular strength and endurance. A great introduction program offering easy choreography and options to modify the intensity. |
Aqua LITE |
Offered in the shallow end. The class is a low-impact total body workout with specific attention on relieving joint pain, improving range of motion, strength and balance. |
Aqua RUN |
Offered in the shallow end. The aquafit running class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular conditioning through high intensity interval workout. New and experienced runners welcome. Ideal for those recovering from injuries by minimizing stress on joints, bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. |
Aqua TURBO |
A registered aquafitness program offered in shallow & deep end. A high intensity class. Provides a definite challenge for seasoned and new participants alike. Registered program. |
Baby & Me AquaCISE |
A registered program offered in the shallow end. This class is designed for parents with children 6 months - 18 months of age (baby must be able to hold their own head up upon registration). The parent will enjoy various exercises incorporating your baby into the workout. |
Family Swim |
An unstructured swim time open to families. Non-swimmers aged 10 and under, and all children aged 7 and under must be accompanied by a participating adult or youth, at least 14 years of age, responsible for the direct supervision of the child and actively swimming within arm’s reach at all times. Children aged 8, 9 and/or higher if deemed at risk by lifeguards must be tested to demonstrate their ability to swim two widths of the pool and tread water for 1 minute uninterrupted in order to be permitted to swim unaccompanied. |
Fitness Swim |
Continuous lane swim workout. Perfect for working individuals, busy parents, people trying to reach racing goals. Reservation done weekly. 9 spots available.

Lane Swim |
Continuous lane swim for individuals 13 years and older. |
Leisure Swim |
Continuous, leisurely lane swimming. Perfect for individuals 65+, those recovering from an injury, and/or looking to swim leisurely to enjoy a low-impact workout.

Public Swim |
