There are certain instances where you will need an application, licence or permit in order to comply with the Town's by-laws. The most commonly requested forms are listed below along with important information for each one. Marriage Licence - Available by appointment ONLY | ||
Please note: Town Hall does not offer civil marriage ceremonies. For information on venues in Perth and more visit our Weddings page. A marriage licence is valid for use anywhere in Ontario for 90 days (three months) from the date of issue. An approved application is required in order to erect any merchandise display in the Town of Perth. The application review process ensures that all displays will be installed in proper locations and in accordance with the by-law.
