Perth Medal

The Perth Medal is awarded by the Mayor annually to a person who has shown the greatest distinction in a number of endeavours to benefit the Perth community as a whole with no monetary gain to themselves. This may be in the fields of community work, fundraising, volunteerism, etc. The Perth Medal Policy outlines more details and describes how the nominations are scored.

Use this Nominee Application Form to nominate a deserving individual. Nominations are accepted beginning in May and will close on June 30.
