Whether you are looking to expand your business to a larger location or start a new business, the Town of Perth has serviced industrial lots on both Rogers Road and Industrial Drive. This land is configurable and can be parceled in a way that meets the needs of your development plans. 

Prices are:Map showing numbered industrial park lots

  • $40,000 per acre
  • $25,000 per half-acre
  • $15,000 for a quarter acre
