The Passing of Prince Philip

Town Hall Half Mast FlagThe Council of the Town of Perth wishes to offer condolences to the Royal Family over the death of Prince Philip. Mayor John Fenik states, “Prince Philip was a man of duty and service, with an ongoing interest and commitment to Canada and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with the members of the Royal family in this time of loss.” In his honour, the flag at Town Hall will be lowered to half-mast until his funeral.

Town Facilities Closed due to Provincial Shutdown

Due to the provincial lockdown, the Perth Town Hall and all indoor Town facilities will be closed for the next 28 days. This includes the Indoor Pool and the Museum/Tourism Information Centre. Easter Bunny Expected in Perth Saturday April 3rd, 2021

Easter Bunny RouteThe Town of Perth has just been notified that the Easter Bunny will do a tour of Perth on Saturday April 3, starting at 10:00 at the Fire Hall. The Easter Bunny was able to share his planned route through town and will drive through all town neighbourhoods. In order to keep the Easter Bunny safe, he will be chaperoned by the Perth Fire Department. It is expected to take about 2 hours for the bunny to make his way around the route.
