Notice concerning the proposed sale of lots 14 and 15 in the Industrial Park

Concerning the Property known as part of part lots 27 & 28 Concession 10 North Elmsley being part of PIN 05318-0193, (referred to as Lots 14 and 15)

TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with By-law 4549, the Council of the Town of Perth has received an offer to purchase the property known as part of part lots 27 & 28 Concession 10 North Elmsley being part of PIN 05318-0193, (referred to as Lots 14 and 15) in the Industrial Park at the south end of Industrial Road. Perth Town Council will consider this offer on May 10th 2022. Please forward any questions to the undersigned prior to 4:00 pm on May 5th 2022.
