Town of Perth Welcomes New Director of Community Services
The Town of Perth is pleased to announce the appointment of Cathy McNally as the new Director of Community Services. Having lived, worked, and volunteered in the Perth area for a long time, Cathy brings to this position a wealth of community connections, local experience, and a background in communications, community engagement, change, and project management.
“Cathy brings an abundance of passion, knowledge, and experience with her. I am thrilled to have her join our team and look forward to her leadership in Community Services,” states Michael Touw, CAO. “Perth residents are fortunate to have her stepping in to this role, which is very visible in the community.”
This role is critical to many services the Town provides, including recreation, tourism, heritage, communications, community events and engagement, and many more.
Cathy’s first day will be May 1, 2023, where she will have a period of training and transition with incumbent Shannon Baillon. We welcome Cathy to the Town of Perth and look forward to having her join our leadership team as we continue to grow.
