Public Notice - Proposed Amendment to the Town of Perth Fees and Charges By-law No. 3675 to include Commissioner of Oaths Fee for Service
Notice is hereby provided that the Council of the Town of Perth will consider a by-law to amend the Fees and Charges By-law No. 3675, at the Committee of the Whole meeting on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, upstairs in the Town Hall, 80 Gore Street East, Perth, ON.
The Fees and Charges By-law is proposed to be amended as follows:
- Amend Schedule ‘C’ - General Administration to extend the Commissioner of Oaths Service to include a fee of $10.00 per document for the commissioning of forms, affidavits, etc. as requested by members of the public.
