Watermain Break at Sherbrooke Street & North Street

The Town of Perth experienced a watermain break on Sherbrooke Street at the North Street intersection. Staff are onsite repairing the issue, and work is expected to continue into the end of the day.

The safety of the drinking water will not be impacted by this activity, however residents may encounter localized water interruptions to the supply of water to facilitate repairs.

Detours are in place to direct vehicles and pedestrians around the work area, and traffic within the area is limited to local movement only. Residents are asked to avoid the work area when possible and to plan their routes accordingly.
