Snow Bank Removal in the Downtown BIA

Please be advised that Town of Perth municipal staff will be commencing snowbank removal on Monday, January 18th, 2021 at 10:00pm. It is expected that this activity will extend for one (1) night between 10:00pm and 6:00am.

Snowbank removal is intended to assist pedestrians and motorists with access to properties. Drivers and pedestrians are requested to avoid the active work areas, which will be evident with the presence of large construction equipment and snowbanks.

Drivers are requested to abide by By-law #3961, regarding winter parking restrictions which are in place to assist municipal staff with winter control activities. This By-law prohibits parking on all municipal streets each day during the following hours: 12:01am to 6:00am. Vehicles that are parked on the roadway will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.
