Location and Description of Property: The property is located south of Highway 7 and east of Drummond Street, accessed via a private right of way off Harris Street, leading to a wooded area adjacent to the Canadian Pacific Railway.

Purpose and Intent of the Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment:  This Zoning By-Law Amendment application aims to permit the construction of two, 16-unit apartment buildings with parking and amenity space on Part of Lot 2 Concession 2.
