Watermain Break on Rideau Ferry Road
A watermain break has occurred on Rideau Ferry Road, south of South Street. The Lanark County Roads Department has been contacted as the corridor is within their jurisdiction, and staff are currently onsite diagnosing the break. Perth will be establishing a detour to move traffic clear of the site.
Water supply restrictions will only affect properties within the immediate area.
Repairs are expected to last for the duration of the day. Residents are asked to avoid the work area when possible and to plan their routes accordingly.
