Notice of Appeal Received by the Town of Perth Regarding Proposed Subdivision

The Town of Perth has recently received notice that CAIVAN (Perth GC) Limited – the developer of the proposed subdivision located within the municipality – has submitted an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal regarding the Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment.
